We arrange licensed contractors to install ICC 500-certified storm shelters at residential properties. Services include site assessment coordination, contractor matching, and installation oversight.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate property information during consultation. You are responsible for site access, utility location, and any homeowner association approvals required before installation begins.
Service Scope and Limitations
Contractors handle permitting, installation, and final inspection. We coordinate the process but do not perform physical installation work. Shelter performance depends on proper installation and maintenance.
No Absolute Safety Guarantee
Storm shelters meeting ICC 500 standards provide FEMA-compliant protection from hurricane-force winds and debris. No shelter eliminates all risk during severe weather events.
Liability Limits
We are not liable for contractor delays, permit denials, site conditions discovered during assessment, or shelter performance during actual storm events. Contractors carry their own insurance.
Payment Terms
Pricing is determined after site assessment. Payment terms are established directly with the installing contractor.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in Palm Beach County courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
